A Colombian immigrant, Hernando has always been drawn to telling character stories about family, love, and finding one’s purpose. After studying mass communications and creative writing at the University of South Florida, Hernando moved back to New York, where he pursued his artistic passions full time. Most recently, his short “Sancocho,” produced by AFI in conjunction with Kodak, was screened at the New York Latino Film Festival presented by Warner Media, as well as the Woodstock festival, L.A. Shorts festival, and many others. He has several projects in development at studios including AGBO, Blumhouse, and A24.
Ryann is an American actress best known for her series regular role as Deva Hopewell on HBO Max’s Banshee. Her other credits include a series regular role on FX’s Lights Out, Story of a Girl (dir. Kyra Sedgwick, alongside Kevin Bacon), Blue Bloods, Law & Order SVU, Frances Ha (dir. Noah Baumbach), and Unexpected (dir. David Hunt & Patricia Heaton). After graduating from Barnard College of Columbia University, Ryann enriched her acting skills at Anthony Abeson’s studio, where she met her good friend and writing partner, Hernando Caicedo. Together, they have been developing stories ever since.
