Eva will do anything to keep her daughter alive.
Living off the grid, Eva and her husband Frank have built a peaceful, yet careful life around their twelve-year-old daughter, Carly, whose rare illness is worsening. Plagued by seizures, episodes of paralysis and confusion, Carly knows - but won’t admit - she is running out of time. However, when a stranger points them toward Greta, a self-proclaimed healer running a secluded community in the Appalachian Mountains, Eva pleads with Frank to take their family - which includes Carly’s twin brother, Jensen - for a visit. And so the family embarks on a quest for a miracle no doctor could provide.
